Program Management

Program Management is the overall management of a project. The program manager acts as the owner’s representative throughout the project, managing the entire budget of the project, which includes design costs, construction costs, as well as any other indirect costs attributed to a construction project. Some projects will have the program manager act as the general contractor as well, some will not.
